Welcome to the WERC 2016 Invitation Program
eShowMail is a FREE Email Marketing Tool that exhibitors can use to reach their customers and prospects with customized email invitations. It enables exhibitors to invite their own prospects and customers to register for the 2016 WERC Conference in addition to telling them that you will be exhibiting at the conference.
REWARDS PROGRAM
Any company that sends messages to at least 6,500 unique, valid email addresses by April 15, 2016 will be given a free upgrade to full-conference registration for their Solutions Center only pass. (A $650 value).
The company that sends the most email messages to unique, valid email addresses by April 30, 2016 will have their 2017 Conference participation upgraded by one level. (i.e. Contract as a Solutions Partner and be upgraded to a Patron sponsor
or contract as a Benefactor sponsor and be upgraded to a Champion Sponsor).
Your email list is secure with eShowMail.
No exhibitor list will be rented, sold, or used for any other purpose, even by show management. We are committed to the security of your email list and we will:
- Protect your list and Not disclose any any part of it to any 3rd party without your written permission.
- Never send an email communication to your email list or any portion of your email list except as authorized by you as part of this invitation program.
- Delete your email list from our system within 30 days of the close of the event.
