eShowMail is a FREE Email Marketing Tool that exhibitors can use to easily send out email invitations. It enables exhibitors to notify their current prospects and customers that they will be exhibiting at the WERC conference and encourage them to register for the conference if they haven't already.

Any company that sends messages to at least 2,500 unique, valid email addresses by March 3, 2017 will be given a free upgrade to full-conference registration for their Solutions Center only pass. (A $650 value)
The company that sends the most email messages to unique, valid email addresses by April 14, 2017 will receive a complimentary Solutions Partner Booth Package for the 2018 WERC Conference. (A $3,995 value)
Your email list is secure with eShowMail.
No exhibitor list will be rented, sold, or used for any other purpose, even by show management. We are committed to the security of your email list and we will:
- Protect your list and Not disclose any any part of it to any 3rd party without your written permission.
- Never send an email communication to your email list or any portion of your email list except as authorized by you as part of this invitation program.
- Delete your email list from our system within 30 days of the close of the event.
